• Is BRNG available rn?+
  Not yet — we're building it! We're collecting demand signals via the waitlist before launching in select cities. Join now to actually influence where we launch first.
• Who handles customs + airline rules?+
  The traveler is fully responsible for checking what's allowed on their airline and through customs. BRNG doesn't handle customs or give legal advice — we guide travelers to only accept legally permitted items.
• How do travelers actually get paid?+
  Once you (the buyer) confirm you've received your order, the traveler's payment is released from escrow automatically. No chasing, no awkward convos — just instant transfer.
• What items are NOT allowed?+
  Anything restricted by airlines, Pakistani customs, or import law. This includes weapons, controlled substances, and banned import goods. Travelers decide what they're comfortable carrying — no pressure from us.
• Which cities launch first?+
  Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad — based on waitlist demand. Tell us your city when you sign up and literally help decide where we go first!
• How much does it cost to use BRNG as a buyer?+
  Buyers pay the international product cost plus a BRNG service fee. Exact fees will be published at launch. No charge if a delivery does not complete.
• How much can a traveler earn per delivery?+
  Traveler delivery rewards are set at request creation and visible before accepting. Travelers earn meaningful cash using luggage space that would otherwise be empty — on flights they're already taking.
• What is the escrow system and how does it protect me?+
  Buyer funds are locked by the platform at payment time. The traveler purchases the item and uploads the real store receipt. After the buyer physically receives and confirms the item in-app, escrow releases the traveler's reward automatically. Neither party can be cheated: the buyer cannot deny payment after receiving the item, and the traveler cannot be paid without confirmed delivery.
• What products can I request on BRNG?+
  Any internationally sold product the traveler can legally carry — electronics (PS5 from Dubai, MacBook from Black Friday USA), sneakers from Nike UK, cosmetics from Sephora, perfumes from Paris duty-free, limited fashion drops, and more. Buyers provide the product link from any international store.
• Is BRNG a courier or shipping company?+
  No. BRNG is a trust and coordination platform — not a courier, logistics provider, or shipping company. BRNG provides payment escrow and identity verification infrastructure. Physical delivery is arranged directly between the buyer and traveler in Pakistan.
• Do I need to be verified to use BRNG?+
  Travelers must complete ID verification (government-issued ID) before accepting any request. This protects buyers and ensures traveler accountability.
• What happens if there is a dispute?+
  A BRNG support team reviews the receipt, traveler ratings, and communication history to resolve disputes. Escrow is held until resolution. Full dispute flow launches in Phase 2.
